Many interesting and challenging views were expressed which it is hoped will lead to further expansion of the Chinese domestic and export snack food industry and improved co-operation and understanding with international partners.
Savoury Snacks Tasting Pavilion
The combined ESA and CFNA Snack Pavilion with a snack sampling area sponsored by Kerry Ingredients was one of the visitor highlights of the 2010 edition of the show. Thousands of visitors tucked into over 200 kinds of snacks and nut products from the western world alongside those from China’s many regions and from other Asian countries too. Visitors to the 2011 event will be able to sample similar snacks from around the world demonstrating the wide range of regional variations of base materials, tastes, cuisines and packaging.
